General Practice is not closed. We are very much open and have always been.
Due to the coronavirus outbreak, how you contact us will be different at the moment.
Appointments are being delivered online, over the telephone and face-to-face when appropriate.
Please consider self-care options first, such as NHS.uk or speaking to your pharmacist. You can also call NHS 111.
If you need to see your GP, please complete an e-consult. This can be used for both medical problems and administrative queries. If you are unable to complete an e-consult or your medical problem is very urgent then please contact us via reception - our opening ours are 8am to 630pm.
The doctors will assess your condition and make a clinical decision based on the medial problem.
If you have a strong preference for a face to face appointment, please let the clinician know. We will offer you an appointment that will ensure the waiting rooms are not over crowded to ensure we keep you, other patients and our staff as safe as possible.
If you are asked to come into the surgery for a face-to-face appointment, please remember to wear a face covering. Measures are in place to keep you safe from infection during your visit to the surgery.
If you are waiting for a check-up, please be assured we will be in touch.
