Prescriptions will still be ordered at their normal durations; we cannot supply additional amounts to avoid shortage concerns.
During the current pandemic, if you do not have a patient access account for ordering prescriptions, please send a request to the email below, with your name, date of birth and which items you requite.
· Click on Patient Facing Services and order your repeat medication online if you already have patient access or for new users are required to complete a simple registration form first.
· Alternatively, download the NHS app to your SmartPhone and you will be able order prescriptions, make appointments, fill out e-Consult forms and view your medical records from that app. You will need your passport available as ID as part of the registration process and also your NHS number. It takes just a few minutes to register. Where possible prescriptions will be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.
Please allow 48 hours - two full working days - for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
Please note requests for prescriptions made after 12:00 will be dealt with the following day. For patients without smartphones or internet access, prescription requests may be taken over the telephone.
