During the current pandemic, if you do not have a patient access account for ordering prescriptions, please send a request to the email below, with your name, date of birth ad which items you requite.

You can order your prescription at the front desk, through a pharmacy, or via this website if you are set up for online access. If you wish to sign up for online access, contact the reception team, this only takes a few minutes to set up for you.

Please note receptionists cannot take prescription requests over the phone.

Once you have put in your request, it will be reviewed by the GP before being prescribed. This can  take up to 48 working hours, (not including weekends) so please make sure to order your medication in due time.

If an item is not on repeat prescription and you need to order it, you will have to come in to the front desk to fill in an acute prescription request form.

The current prescription charge is £8.80 per item. It's £17.60 for a pair of elastic hosiery (such as stockings). A prescription prepayment certificate (PPC) could save you money on NHS prescription costs.
