From 1st December 2014, it is a contractual requirement that all GP practices implement the NHS Friends and Family Test.
The FFT is a feedback tool that supports the fundamental principle that people who use the NHS services should have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience that can be used to improve services. It is a continuous loop between patients and the Practice.

This event was attended by over 50 patients from the practice who were offered information, advice and support from a variety of different health professionals including our own Dr Pambakian (GP), Noreen Devanney (Primary Care Pharmacist), Elaine Allen (Lead Cardiac Nurse Frimley Park Hospital Trust) and Heidi Zymela (Cardiac Fitness Instructor - Arena Camberley).

We will be holding our next event in March 2018 and information regarding the date and venue in the new year. There was such a fabulous response to this event that we will be looking at an alternative larger venue for the next one, so please keep your eyes peeled for details on the website and in the newsletters.
